Do you need some help getting ready to go the distance on the Beers and Gears Ride?

You are in luck! Introducing, the Beers and Gears Training Challenge! Check out these guides to help support your training efforts and get yourself ride ready.

The best part: there is some friendly competition along the way!

  1. Pick your training plan and get started!
  2. Print out the guide at home, or email to have one mailed directly to you.
  3. Complete the weekly workouts and check off when you are done.
  4. Share a picture of your training program on social media and tag our chapter using @ALSNorthwest.

If you plan to participate in the training program, we will add you to a private Facebook group with other riders. You can motivate each other, ask questions, and see everyone's progress as we get ready to ride.
